Xerox Dc 250 Fuser error, Won't allow me to reset the NVM to 0.

Hi, I am attending to a Xerox Dc250 with a fuser error. I replaced the fuser unit with another good used unit and tried to reset 744 156 in the NVM to 0 but it won't accept the reset. The present NVM value is 215.
Any advice will be appreciated

U r resetting a wrong code.

You must reset the nvm location 744-350 to *0*.
AND reatart the machine !
