Xerox wx7132 error code 016-214

I've been asked to help with a customer's other machine which is no longer under contract with Xerox. It shows 016-214 on the display which doesn't clear. I've done some research on the internet and this code seems to relate to the Fax card not being installed correctly, but as far as I am aware the machine doesn't have a fax card (I will double check this). So can anyone help point me in the right direction with this?

• The FAX_CARD was not installed or an error was detected when SW optional function was enabled.

    u can try backup all customer data then delete software key.
