Can't get PWS Diag 3.6 on Windows 7 to connect to DC3535??

Hi Guys

I bought theTerra Grand Premium high speed USB 2 to Serial RS-232 DB9 converter

I also bought standard 9 pin M/F cable

I am running Windows 7 GSN 11

The DC3535 is ready and able to make prints. (It's asking to press access and enter a password to make copies)

I connected the cable started PWS3.6 and I get a:

"Unexpected error:quitting"

I tried removing the Newtork cables from the back of of the from the Network Controller.

Still no luck

Tried rebooting the machine, still no luck.

Any help would be appreciated
