Phaser 6180 MFP

Hi guys,

I have a problem with the consumables detection on a 6180MFP. In the menu the page pack is deactivated and we cannot use our consumables (ex: black toner 113R00734).

Is there any NVM to reset or something else?

When your pagepack is deactivated it wont run pagepack supplies anymore, your 113R00734 is a pagepack black toner, so the printer is functioning normally.
If you actually have a pagepack on the machine, call xerox.
If you dont, there is no quick fix that im aware of. perhaps you could mess around with the eeprom and get it to reset, but this takes time equipment and knowledge, and is not without considerable risk.

There is a 4 digit code unique to your machine's serial number that enables pagepack.

Even if you get the code, it will be erased by Xerox after a short time.

The machine will try to contact xerox pagepack server at random times.

When the server see's that it is no longer under pagepack it will erase the code automatically.

The only way to get around this is to make sure the machines network connection has no internet access.
