Hi All
I'm working on a WC7665 that has lines of magenta on the copies. I found that the drum isn't being cleaned off so I am going to replace the drum and was wondering what the procedure for replacement.

Open the front door> Turn the green handle(2) to the right> Pull down on R1-R4> Pull up and out on the lever behind it> Magenta is the second from the left.

The small black roll (PCR) on the drum is likely dirty. If the drum has some good life you may choose to clean it. Remove it from the assembly and gently clean it with some windex and a paper towel. Careful not to use to much force it could damage the coating. Then it would be trash.

Thank you for your response I have tried to clean the roller and the problem came back after customer ran copies. I'm thinking replacing the drum will solve the problem for good.
