dcp700i with ex700 fiery

Have problem with duplex print on 300gr paper on xerox dcp700i with ex700 fiery.
Machine always print 2 simplex sheet when choose duplex on 300 gr paper.

Update dcp700i to 3.7sw and fiery ex700 is on v1.5 with all 8 service packs installed.

When same job try on dcp700i with bustled fiery can print duplex on 300gr paper.

Printing 300gsm automatic duplex require the new Fiery for 700i.
With old Fiery you cant do that even if the machine is at 3.7 sw. level

I thought it is possible because I can print 300gr duplex with bustled fiery.

Someone told me that is possible to print 300gr duplex print directly from fiery. Not with print driver.

Are you using a 700i Bustled? Connecting a 700i to a EX700 will work but it will act like a 700. In order to receive all the benefits you need a matching print controller.

I have dcp700 upgraded to 3.7 sw and dcp 700 bustled fiery v 1.5 sw and can print duplex on 300gr paper.

Second machine is also dcp700 upgraded to 3.7sw and ex700 v1.5 sp8 fiery and can not print duplex on 300gr paper.

Read some xerox bulletin that 300gr duplex printing is possible only from fiery not through print driver but when download print file to fiery command work station it print two simplex page.
