issuse in bypass tray for side 2 print in DC240

hi,
one of my customer using dc240, he is facing problem in bypass tray while taking side 2 for 280 gsm art print does not align properly as of side 1. can anyone suggest any software for bypass tray alignment.

hi! Is the print skewed or offset in the back?
