    Parts question on phaser 7750

I got a call today for a 7750 with a jam issue. The paper was stopping coming out of the fuser, with the print slightly askew. I look down and see the guide plate under the transfer roller is not even. I touch it and it just flops around. I remove it and the two springs are missing. The customer said the IT guys were messing with it. In looking in the part breakdown, it shows the springs listed with a number,4, but then does not give a part number. I noticed a lot of the parts are shown but not listed. Can these springs be purchased seperate, or will the entire transfer need to be replaced? The assembly was replaced 2 months ago.

I don't think the springs are part of the 2nd btr assembly(transfer roller). If you look in the 7700 manual you can order the 2 metal plates and it looks like the the springs might come with it.
