No printing on 5765 and when device is powered off and powered on job prints

Good day, want to know if anyone has experienced this problem with xerox 5765.
when jobs are sent to the printer nothing happens until the machine is powered off and powered on.
there is also a code 3-340. the server is saying the machine is off line. but computers that are connected to machine locally not on server prints fine.

Open it up to see if everything is connected like it should be. Reseat the Single Board Controller PWB a couple of times to remove any corrosion.

If the problem is still there then:

Start by reinstalling the software (PM me if you need it). Then if that doesn't work replace the HDD. Lastly replace the Single Board Controller PWB

What mean computers connected locally ?. The use usb port for print or ethernet port ?
Go to UI admin menu and be sure the machine is set to online.

I am not sure but it looks like a gateway or security problem. You can check the server driver or reload the software as well. A network problem should be considered first!
