Xerox dc5252 error 10-367

We hawe xerox dc5252, and they refer 10-367 error (heat roll overheat fail).
These message is first on start and these no way that roller is overheat.
Did anibody know how to reset these error?

Reset NVM 744-016 to 0. Power of and on, the fault will reset. Check thermistor and fans.
