Check again if 744-001 nvm is set to zero
Check the connector from machine in which the fuser connector enter - pj6000

I replaced the fuser assembly with a new one and changed the NVM 744 001 to 0 the fuser error still appears
310.372.00 still appears on the fault history.

Hi Techs, I have the same error on a Xerox WorkCentre 7835i, the machine in the middle of printing and displayed the fuser system error accompanied by errors below 310.382.200, 377.901.00, 310.330.00, 310.370.00
Help me to resolve this.

Measure the resistance between P600 pin-A11 and P600 pin-B9.
Is the resistance infinite? Yes No Unanswered
Check the following connections for open circuits, short circuits, and poor contacts.
If no problems are found, replace the MCU PWB.
Replace the Fuser Assembly ( PL 7.1).

Your customer properly had wrong type fuser for machine. Check its part number, make sure it's correct. REmember the 7525,7535 is a same fuser and 7545,7556 is same one. Wrong voltage(120V or 220V) and wrong type of fuser will give you "fuser error"Leave a comment:

Is the voltage between the Fuser Drive Motor J242-1 (+) and the GND (-) +24VDC? Yes No Unanswered
Go to +24VDC Power RAP (7525/30/35) +24VDC Power RAP or +24VDC Power RAP (7545/56) +24VDC Power RAP.
