Kinda having a 310.330 epidemic. Changed the fuser , transfer assembly and motor. Still sounds like it's bogging down then codes out. Fuser system failure. Any ideas?

NOTE:
When turning the power OFF, turn OFF the Power Switch first and then the Main Power Switch.

• Turn the power OFF and check whether the Fuser Assembly is installed properly.
  
• With the Fuser in nipped state, rotate the Roller manually to check for loading.

Turn the power OFF and remove the Rear Upper Cover. Disconnect the connector J592 of the MD PWB and open the Chassis Assembly.
Turn the power ON and enter the Diag mode. Turn ON DC330 [010-006] (Fuser Drive Motor).
Does the Fuser Drive Motor rotate? Yes No Unanswered
Is the voltage between the Fuser Drive Motor J242-1 (+) and the GND (-) +24VDC? Yes No Unanswered
Go to +24VDC Power RAP (7525/30/35) +24VDC Power RAP or +24VDC Power RAP (7545/56) +24VDC Power RAP.

Is the "fuser system error" always caused by the fuser? Or have you seen something else? I have a WC 7970 throwing that message intermittently. It may make 100 prints/copies, and randomly go into jam, then says fuser error, which will require a reboot. I did get the same message at the end of one reboot, but usually prints for a while. I noticed a small wrinkle in the heat roller about an inch from the edge.

If the customer installed a new fusing unit and you are getting a "fuser system error", you either have installed the incorrect fusing unit for this model & speed (yes different speed models of the same line may use different fusers) or the unit is just defective.

Also, what was the reason for replacing the fusing unit in the first place?
