You need to make a hard stop to see where the problem is taking place. My first thought looking at the samples was transfer. Have you replaced the 2nd BTR ?
Do a hard stop so that the image is still on the transfer belt and see if it looks bad there.

Did you clean the print heads?

I don't know how much this will help, but if the problem started right after you replaced the drums the drums could be bad. I've never seen that happen on Xerox equipment yet, but I beat my brains out over a problem like this on another manufacturer's equipment a while back. Turned out in that case the drums got cooked in the burning summer sun during storage or transport, or something like that anyway.
Exok suggested a hard stop to see what is happening, you should do that.

            Use admin menu.
            There is callibration procedure
Select copy and print calibration ( NONE )
            Folow the procedure on UI
This is normal procedure when you change drums
