    Xerox 7425 Reinsert or Replace any Consumable with Error message cyan and yellow 0

    I am having a problem with a xerox 7425, with the above message. I tried new toner cartridges check the machine set and contract type which are correct. clean, adjust and check crum connectors. still does not work. There are no faults that shows problem with development or toner. There is a HFSI that is over the threshold 094-850 but this is not listed in the manual and I dont have any idea what it could be.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Press Machine Status then Supplies and see which supply item is indicating a problem. If it is one of the drums try switching it with one of the other ones.
