Docucolor 250 Fault Code 065-216

Happy New Year to you all since this is my first post this year!
My Docu 250 is showing fault code 065-216. I looked up the manual and it told me to disconnect and reconnect the extension memory board with the IPS board or else replace the extension board. I have disconnected and reconnected the boards but the fault does not go away. Is there any NVM value that can make this fault go away?
Or must I replace the extension memory board? Thanks for your feedback guys!!
