Xerox 5790 - "Printing and Copying Not Available"

Hello. I bought a Xerox 5790 used, and it has been working happily for 2 months. A few days ago it has a serious jam, and a rookie ripped the page while removing it, much to my dismay. When it had persistent jams, I suspected a small piece in the paper path, but I couldn't find it. We cleared a few jams, and tried some test prints (LTR/11x17, 1s/2s) to try to figure out where the jams were happening. Couldn't find it. In the course of this, I thought to install the new fuser that I had just bought. When I did, it asked for the Ozone filter to be changed also, which I did, but it didn't clear the error message properly for a while. I had to disconnect the extra paper tray, then reboot, then clear the Ozone filter message. But somewhere along the way, the screen said, "Printing and Copying Not Available". I tried rebooting, unplugging, but to no avail.

Learning that # plus LOGIN/LOGOUT gets you to a prompt, and entering 1934 gets you into diagnostics, I looked at the Fault History. Here it is:
    A few FaxLineNotConnected errors
09-380 Waste Bottle missing (about 10x)
    11-062 BB Crease Roll Failure
03-360 Image Output Terminal: 3 Times Retry Fail
11-463 24v unavailable at BM input
11-300 Fin undocked Interlock in Run
10-126 Image Output Terminal Exit Sensor Fault (10x)
all of the above occurred on 2/22, but the rest on 2/20 (2 days before)
10-126 Image Output Terminal Exit Sensor Fault (3x)
08-160 Lead Edge Late to Duplex Sensor
    10-126
08-101 Lead Edge Late to Tray 1 Feed Sensor

I cannot print even TestPrints. Any ideas?

Probably there are missing 24 volts. You have finisher with booklet maker and probably punch unit.
Without functional output device this error message appear.
Also look at the waste toner container sensors.

Is your finisher connected? You can't run these machines without a finisher , OCT or a jumper connector plugged in.
If you go to machine status, Faults, Current message / faults, what does it say?

Well, with a couple of cold boots, including unplugging, the system came back on. We still have the original jam fault, but the system is back up. I will start another thread about the jam.
