    [Error Code] Work Centre 7655

    Hello Forum, I have a problem my machine on but appears WC7675 ON ERROR code 22.352.00, please help !. thanks in advance.

      What version of software is on the machine ?
      How this code appeared ?
      Probably you changed some electronic boards and now machine is inopersble ?

          ...R.- software V.040.033.53250, remove the battery to check and see why more going on there than programmed. the battery is good and to be work center 7675 happened to be a workcentre 7655. Regards

              Nice but you have now mismatched serial number and only Xerox service can help you.
              And only with pws tool for this machine you can see if there are others critical errors.
              You also loose the speed nvm and now your machine appear as 7655 instead of original 7675.
