Does anybody know how to clear the total counter on this machine.We have a demo machine with 4000 copies we would like to reset.

2 way:

1st. shortcircuit the yellow batery. This batery look like a PC batery;
2nd. and more save -- enter the "TECH MENU" -- press in sequence -- MENU + #1934 -- in the LCD will apper a "T" or "TECH" -- navigate on the menu until apper clear counters. In case of password prompt use the same 1934. In this menu you will be ablle to reset the total page count, photo count, adf count, platten count and others.
