Hi All,




I have a machine generated an error 093-871, decided to turn off at night, the next day was 099-460, and does not raise the trays. Unfortunately there is no service manual.

The first code is a ink melt reservoir code. You will most likely need to replace the ink melt reservoir. The second code is a upper umbilical heat code. Several things can cause that code. I would start with a new umbilical.
