Good morning and hope all is well. I am not familiar with the model numbers you put in this thread as being Xerox but belong to Canon. Document Centre line was discontinued a few years back. The only one Xerox is the 7535 and that is in the WorkCentre family not Document Centre family. With Xerox 700 firmware you will need a program to run the firmware. The 7535 is available on the Xerox website but you must read the Read Me first or you can cause a failure and then you have a 250lb paper wieght. Is there a specific reason why you are upgrading the Firmware? Reason I ask is unless you are experencing some major issues I would not recommend that you update the firmware just for the sake of upgrading. Let the person who purchases the machine upgrade them if needed when the time arises.

I'm in second-hand copiers, some copy the firmware version is too low, can't work normally.Will be in the code.

When dealing with the Xerox DocuColor 700 there is what they call a "DFE" digital front end meaning there is a computer tower or system that needs to be hooked up to it. Example Creo DFE, Spire DFE. What codes or error message are you getting? If you can take pic of message or tell me I can do the research to find it here but I may have an issue with Chinese fonts or scripts. Were these machines installed in China or over the world? What version of software are you at now? Print out a configuration sheet or just turn off/on and a page will generate. Look on left side and see System Software.
