dc-12 weird problem

Hi,

One my dc-12 when pinging at machine's IP address it respond normally (reply correctly) but sending print command from computer pinging stops and not print comes out.
I have changed networking cables
Can anyone helps me

Did you print to Port 9100 or to SMB? In both cases you must place the IP of the Fiery to the same workgroup, like MSHOME or WORKGROUP. See if you can access the HOLD queue from the Network Connections. If yes, then double click and install an instance of the HOLD queue as a printer. If no, then check the domain in the fiery and set it to the same domanin as your computer. Is your Computer running Windows 7?

I am printing from this machine for the last two years but before 10 days I have lost power in my shop and resulting in this problem
Yes , i can see print queue from network but printer not print anything.

I have windows xp installed in my computer.

Hi, Can you access Command Workstation? Can you print from there?

Hello,

Sorry to tell Cobra is the Crabby-patties interfaces for those copiers , If you don.t want connectivity problems , use a Fiery X12 instead you can get one at E-BAY and convert you machine to a DC12 just changing few NVM's values and few adjustments did on mine and working like a charm . I you want a cobra ( not sure is still working for parts) can sell mine for 50 buck plus shipping to your destination .
