Can anyone help me to install cobra fiery software of DC-12

I have GSN software and DC-12 Software but unable to connect to DC-12 and does not understand how to install software.

Any help would be appreciable.

Hello ,

Well first of all you should have a laptop with serial and parallel ports , Dell 630 does a good job with parallel interface via pcmca (check on E-Bay). The serial is for diagnostics and the parallel in conjunction with serial for firmware uploads. But most of the diagnostics can be done Via UI , just in case.

If you have all the software related no problem to help you you should check if you have installed the diagnostic software for the DC 12 also need a serial cable to hook up you laptop with the serial port on the machine one side male the another side female . by the way if your in a hurry use the UI diagnostics you will be capable to do diagnostic inthere.

FOR COBRA SOFTWARE:
You need only a cd (cobra software 165)
You must put this CD to the cdrom of cobra and let it to finish the installation.
You don't need any other way (pws,....)

Exactly! No need to pws . You must use only the cd to be put in the Cobra . I'm sorry I did not help but I have experience only on x12 fiery .
