    error 010-328 work centre 7428

    hi,
ive got a xerox workcenre 7428 with a constant 010-328 error. fuser warm up error. The fuser unit was replaced a couple of weeks ago for the same error. The service manual does suggest that this error could occur if the device is in an enviroment of 10 degrees or less. The device is in a very cold room, and will have been sat for two weeks without use. Could this really cause a problem? ive reseated the fuser, checked all conections. i did check a wire thermostat on the fuser, and can not get continuity through it. Is there a way of resetting fuser errors on this model without changing the fuser?
is there a know board fault that can cause this error to occur?

    thanks in advance

Have you tried these 3 options below?

Power the Printer Off and Then On
Remove and Re-install the Fuser Assembly
    Replace the Fuser Assembly

ive powered on and off, ive removed and re installed the fuser assembly. I have not replaced the fuser unit as yet because it was only replaced two weeks ago. I was wondering if there was another problem causing this, as changing the fuser twice in a month is a costly process.
