    Xerox 252 major problem: cyan not printing

    Well, this problem started after we changed the MOB sensor due to bad color registration.
    We had to remove the developper tray, so something happened, and now the machine does not print cyan anymore. On the Ibt belt there are no blue chevrons showing.
    We put new cyan drum, new cyan developer housing. Still no cyan printing.
    weird thing is that the machine is now again printing with bad color register.
    we get all NEG on registration procedures. Maybe bad registration is also related to cyan not printing?
    i have enclosed a list of all the errors the machine is printing from the error log.

    some people suggested changing 1st BTR, some cyan Ros, some dev. Voltage charging boards.
    what do you think? Can these errors prove somthing, or maybe need to reset NVM.
    please help. Do not have a xerox tech. Just a b&w copier tech helping me.

      What more do you want? Have you preformed all the checks that were suggested to you? Unfortunately we dont have "Easy Button" we can let you borrow. Diagnosing issues can be a time consuming task, luckily you have a lot of advise from several people who do this everyday. I also realize that all the advise may be a little overwhelming, but I would go through them on at a time.

      I have not seen anyone recommend you go out and buy a bunch of parts, on the contrary they suggest you check voltages, and its free. If they dont match what they should be then that is your problem.

        Don't get me wrong. I am not asking for a magic answer, and I am very appreciative to all the tech's that have tried to help me sort this issue.
        I was just trying to post the errors that the machine is giving us, maybe they show some common related fault that could be very obvious to the tech's but not to me as a user.
        Once again I appologize if I hurt anybody's feeling.
        PS: An electrician measured the HVPS card and says it seems fine.

          Purchase a service manual for the machine, it's not cost a fortune.
          Then, with your tech follow the procedures for the error code do you have read on machine fault history.
          If you read the service manual you will know how to reset the machine nvm's , how and where to measure the bias an charge voltages, etc.
          Nobody can guess what is happen with your machine.
