xerox 700 alignment adjustment missing

good day, trying to do a little adjustment of my skew on xerox 700, I go into administator mode, maintenance, but there is no alignment adjustment option. any suggestions why it's missing or is there a next area to go into to adjust my skew? thanks I am running sofware version 54.42.0

Xerox 700 machine skew is not adjusted automatically like C75/J75, You need to login in service mode go to maintenance diagnostics an do registration adjustment.

Thanks I know that. I am saying that in service mode the option that is supposed to do that (alignment adjustment) is not showing. I wanted to know why is the option not there.

great thanks will have my tech look into, he came here the other day, and tried to adjust the 2btr saying that should resolve the problem. and he didn't know what the alignment adjustment wouldn't show up. i'll tell him look at that in his eDoc
