I have a client that is getting this error...he's checked power ,connections etc. with no difference. Is there any sure thing to resolve this issue or a good work around? Seems to be a common thing!!

have to go on site Tuesday...havent seen it yet and never worked on this model before...is the software built in for a reload or is it a have to buy thing?

You need to reload software on network controller hdd.
It's a good practice to reload same software version.
Post here the version of the machine software.
