Xerox 9201 with YFW finisher

Hi Guys

Can anyone help us out with a finisher issue on the above.

Have the following message on screen 'Finisher main tray out of service. Check for obstructions in the main tray'

The most recent error codes are all 312 codes, mainly 312.125 and 312.463.

I have no documentation or experience on the above so any suggestions would be a big help. Can't see anything obvious stuck in the finisher.

If that is the the big clunky booklet finisher it is usually the ejector assembly. Check the two white guides tthat move in and out when the paper is exiting the machine.

I second that, almost always a malfunctioning ejector assembly.
