Xerox WC 5325 Fax Confirmation

The customer only wants confirmation reports on faxes when there is a problem but the machine prints them all the time. All settings are set to error only both by the web page and setting through the machine itself but no change. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Check the following:
1.

Internet Fax OptionsAdditional Internet Fax options are provided. To make these settings:
1. On the touch screen, touch Internet Fax, then touch the Internet Fax Options tab.
2. Touch the desired option, touch the desired settings, then touch Save.

[B]Fax Confirmation Report[/B]

You can configure a confirmation sheet to notify users if a fax transmission was not successful.
1. In CentreWare IS, click [I]Properties > Services > Fax > Defaults[/I].
2. Next to [I]Confirmation Sheet[/I], select [I]Errors Only[/I].
3. Click [I]Apply[/I].

Additionally you may want to check Network Scanning options depending on what faxing method you are using. For example:

Configuring Network Scanning
1. In CentreWare IS, click Properties > Services > Network Scanning > General.
2. Next to Confirmation Sheet, click On to print a confirmation sheet for every scan, or select Errors
Only to only print a confirmation sheet if an error occurs.
