error code 042-326

I have a 560 xerox team he has left the error code 042-326 I reviewed the transfer belt and cleaned but at power continuous code please i need to know how to delete that message with the code (enter the service mode and reset the code)

According to the (0) are not loose five seconds, and then press start (key).
Then enter the password 6789
Enter the NVM read write
741-105Instead of (0)

I've done these steps to enter the service mode but turn off and turn on the computer and follow me out the error message 042-326, perhaps you conosca some other way to solve this problem
