    Xerox Phaser 6125 printing issues

    Hi guys,

So I have this Phaser 6125 printer which was delivered through a courier, not in the original box. I started it up and printed some test prints. The first print came out funny (see pics), in that there seems to be ghosting on the print. Also, fading from one side, although there is plenty of toner left (again, see pic).imim

Can anybody help me understand what is going on and how I can fix it?

    Cheers,

    George.

Try removing the imaging units and clean the print head windows.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I removed the imaging unit but i dont know where the print head windows are.. unless they are behind the drums and i confused them for the laser discharging window. On other printers there is usually a long brush which is pushed across the entire length of the printer. In this one i can not see that. Can you tell me if i am doing anything wrong or guid me to where the print head window may be?

      Thanks in advance.
