    CMYK Misalignment in Apeosport-III C7600 ( DC240 / DC242 / DC250 / WC7665 / WC7675 )

    I got a problem with my C7600(Asia Model). [Apeosport-III C7600 (similar to DC240 / DC242 / DC250 / WC7665 / WC7675 )]

    Problem is CMYK miss alignment.

    I already do next 3.

Regi Measuring Cycle - result ok
Registration Control Sensor Check Cycle - result ok
    Registration Control-Setup Cycle

Y,K align is similar & C,M align also similar.

    What can I do next?
    Please, help me.

      Hi Boss,
Pull out the MOB sensors, clean them properly and its mechanism should be working fine, put them back then run REGICORN. Reboot and test again.

I just moved this Machine to other place.

Actually I don't know when it happened. I just found it.

1st factor of color misregistration is ros unit, 2nd is mob and 3rd is mcu pwb. As you said, you
move the machine to other place, maybe the ros unit was damaged. Hmmmn, try these steps b4 suspectng Ros replacement.
initialize first the iot nvm then proceed to regicon setup cycle, regicon sensor check, regi measurement
              cycle.
