XEROX Red messages & PWS and AltBoot software

Hello, I am Fethi KHADRAOUI, I am dealing with xerox docu color press DC-6060 last 03 years and I join your forum now,

I really nead some help about this two messages that i have :

1- Subsystem fault 004-332, this message disapear and i did'nt know how
2- Subsystem fault 009-343, this red message still remain until now and we can print no thing

Also i have a permanent alert to change: the second bias transfert, i found those part numbers: 059K22602 and 059K22443
can i have their photos please, so i can locate them on the machine.

I was told that all this problem can be only resolved by the PWS and AltBoot software that act directly on the machine, is it true ?
if it is, is there someone that can help me on that

Yours errors are from IBT assy part of the machine.
You need pws tool to diagnose and perform service procedures.
Also a service manual needed.
I dont think you need altboot for this moment.

004-332 is IBT belt position error, front to rear. 009-343 is IBT belt home sensor did not see reflective patch on belt. Usually, you have to replace the IBT (Image Bias Transfer) belt as it is probably damaged. Then you run the belt learn program to establish a proper belt position. For 009-343, if it happens 3 times, nvm741-027 must be reset to 0 to clear the fault. You need a PWS system to service this machine properly. I sent you a pm.
