Can anyone kindly let me know where I can find (MemoryBackup Battery) for WC5765 software module please? I think the part number is960K10630.

This is not part number for only battery but all software module.
You need to change only the yellow battery which resides on the software module.
Read the code from those battery - M4T28 ..... and google for it or search on ebay.
