Re: ColorQube 9301 Several error codes
I managed to empty yellow resevoir sucking with a hose and melted some fresh yellow blocks. It worked I guess, now it actually tried to print and received a paper jam error, for now that's better than replacing the whole reservoir.
As far as the fan error, I did disconnect two fans while working back there since they wer blowing right in to my head.

Re: ColorQube 9301 Several error codes
The first one is a fan code. The other one is a yellow melt reservoir full sensor code. There is a level of software that increases the range of the inductance to minimize that first code. Sometimes you can get the machine back up with the newer software but if the inductance is outside of the acceptable range you have to replace the reservoir.Leave a comment:

Do you know what exactly other codes translate to?
99-710
99-690Leave a comment:

Re: ColorQube 9301 Several error codes
The remaining codes are related to the ink melt reservoir. If the machine was moved without letting the ink solidify you may have some cross contamination of ink. You can try upgrading the software to the latest level but you may have to replace the ink melt reservoir.Leave a comment:

ColorQube 9301 Several error codes
Hello,
I have a colorqube 9301 which was recently purchased. It was running fine prior to purchase but has come a long way in a truck, and now it throws several error codes once it boots up.
First code was 93-548,
Then I started seeing 99-710 and 99-690
710 was probably due to disconnecting two of the cooling fans, since it disappeared and never came back. But 690 and 548 still there and no printing is allowed, only scanning.
Can you tell me what these codes are?
