Error code 009-349

Hello
I have a probleam with Xerox DC2240
The PWS show in red the error code 009-346 (1st btr retract fault )
I have tested the retract motor and it works properly.
I have tested the IBT belt assembly in a similar printer and it works find.
Any idea ?

Check the hoisting and lowering mechanism in the IBT ASSY. If hoisting and lowering mechanism shifted, the trouble occurs, even in poor contact between the UNIT and the Drawer in a machine.

Has you can remember , before i had the error 004-346 and 9-933.
I have changed the IF PWB error 9-933 desappear.
After do DC 956 -EDGE LEARN MODE- the error 004-346 , also has deasappeared.
After that this new error 9-349 beguin.
So you think the probleam is the PLUG that connect the IBT assy with the printer , that has a bad contact ?
I must clean this pug ?
The access to this plug is VERY dificult....
Can i test this connection through the PWS ?
Other question .. How to do, to test a sensor in DC 330 ? I can see there START and (+) and (-)
