DC 12 Yellow color very low ???

My DC 12 is printing yellow color in very low density from yesterday onwards. Some 6-7 days back 'Yellow low change soon' message appeared. because of no stock of yellow toner I switch off the machine and removed the yellow cartridge and shaked and then replaced the same cartridge back, then switch on the machine - the message gone. After printing 30-40 copies the yellow toner low massage reappeared, then also I tried the same and the message gone (There is some toner remained in the cartridge). But there after no low toner message appeared for yellow. But before 3 days Cyan low message appeared and I changed the cartridge to a previously used one which contained a little quantity of cyan toner. When I closed the door after changing the cyan suddenly 'Copy/Print cartridge change soon' message appeared which is only nearly 7000 copies old. Now the problem is Yesterday onwards the print density of yellow color is very low i.e. if I print 100% yellow I only get 30%. I have changed the yellow and cyan with a new one. But yellow is getting low and low. I removed the yellow and cyan cartridges & cleaned the container and sensors with a vacuum cleaner but no change. The machine displays all colors 'ok' even after the cartridges removed from the machine. When I tried to TRC control (DC 922) after printing a message appeared 'System failure - Adjustment procedure has been stopped 9-610'. In that print also yellow is very low.

Please help me to solve the problem
    Thanks in advance.

Hi. Just before you change all the developers, try to check if the cartridge motors and dispense motors are working esp. on yellow. Also check if the rotary dispense/ auger distribution assy is not blocked or siezed.

Check your white coupling that drives the stirrer in the toner cartridge. the "D" shaped hole rounds when the customer does not shake the bottle.

I have noticed that there is banding on the print sample. You might want to check and replace the drum if necessary. but your main concern is the light yellow problem which you may want to prioritize
