CREO SPIRE CXP5000 Wrong Disk Configuration Error

I have Installed new hard drive into my creo system. and i keep getting this VBScript Error : Wrong Disk Configuration Run Disk Administrator to Correct.
I have tried everything that i know i even stripped the drives please see pictures attached.
Can you help me please?

do not format striped volume

just create do not format to any file system

Hey Xerotec, Thanks for your help. Ive formatted the drive in the disk management without stripping but i still get the error message. is there a certain way i am suppose to format the drive ? thanks you again for your help i really appreciate it.

You have to followthe procedure as mentioned in the installation notes . Its a straight forward procedure once you get hold of the pdf file.

Edit : The current file system on your disk is NTFS

Okay have found the reference material but it is instructing me to initiate disk stripping procedures. will follow these directions to see what it does thank you again

Thank you i have reinstalled software now able to print but all prints are coming out blue?


what should i do with this new issue and is there any place i can get ahold of the portable workstation?
