Xerox 252 bustled fiery, can't access configure button in CWS or web

I have tried using Fiery CWS 5.2 and 5.7 and am unable to access the configure button in the application. I also get java errors when trying to access the configure in the web interface. I believe this is all Java version related and thought have an up to date Fiery would resolve this issue. I purchase a hard drive with the latest fiery software freshly installed but have the same issues. There is no option to update the software in the web interface since installing this drive.

This issue has been ongoing for quite a while. I have actually never been able to access the configure buttons, i purchased the machines refurbished.

Try to reinstall the Fiery software again

Unfortunately I don't have the disk to do this, hence why I opted to purchase a freshly loaded hard drive.

Any possibility these can be downloaded?

Check your version of java, or even roll back your java a version or 2 and try again...............
