Docucolor DC240 : Fiery System CD

Hi,

I have a Docucolor DC240 Printer and i must to re install the system on my Fiery controler. Problem, i don't have system CD ! Anyone have a link to download this CD's ?

HI,

Your system is not login ? I have the same trouble with an dc250. before reinstall the system, try to disconnect your HDD (power and data) and replug. You can try twice. The most part of time my system reboot correctly. For backup the system I opted for a clone hdd with a box "startech" to make hdd backup.

I try it but no change can is possible to send me your backup of your hdd ? I clone my hdd with your backup and i think it work perfectly after this

What kind of controller do you have? the small bustled controller or the big full tower exp 250 ?
