Please help me! my xerox 3055 print the background is very black. When i'm print test it's black too. I dont know what's happen with it. I'll replace a new cartridge but it's not better!

As a fellow Xerox noob, I'm not sure what is going on here. Maybe check the contacts in the machine that connect to the cartridge, as it sounds a little like that machine has lost developer bias.
