Is there any body can help ,I have xerox 7545,once i power it up ,it show please wait from morning till night it will not ready later it will show shut down and once i shut down and power it back it will not get to ready stage,and it will be blinking red on that question mark[?],is there any body that know the solution to this problem

Try reloading software using Altboot. If that does not work you may have to replace the hard drive. Check the CPU fan on the ESS board. If the fan is not working the CPU may have been damaged. -

The software can be downloaded from this link.
You need to put the software file (the large .dlm file) on a usb stick in a folder called altboot.
Put the usb in either in front or back and turn on the machine. "Software upgrade" screen should appear in a minute or less, but the loading
of the software takes a minute or two more before the status bars appears.
All you settings will be gone. But if either the hdd or sbc are replaced you have to do this procedure anyway.
You could first check the 7-segment display on the sbc when you turn on the machine. It should briefly show some numbers and then show 0 after self-test.

Enter diagnostics and list any fault codes you see from top to bottom, first 10 or so should do.
To enter diagnostics -----> Login to the copier as admin, then press and hold 0 for 10 seconds, then whilst holding 0 press the green start key.Comment

Note to anyone who has never done an AltBoot before:
Do not turn off or unplug the machine while the AltBoot software upgrade is in progress. You can cause some serious damage.Comment
