    You have to remove toner from the detack corotron.

        Are you sure that it was detack corotron and not charge scorotron? Where was the location of corotron that you've cleaned up?

            Did you have the assembly removed? Somewhere must be a huge amount of toner that creates electrical current leakage. And check the charge corotron as well.
