[Error Code] Xerox WC 3210

My WC 3210 won't print. It will scan & maybe fax(haven't tested), but won't print. It says "Error Code Cycle Power". I cycled power when it said to for approx 2 weeks and it would allow me to print for a few hour period, then I would have to cycle power again.

Now, I cycle power and it immediately reads "Error Code Cycle Power".

Any thoughts?

Most likely a fuser error. I would try installing a new fusing unit.
