D.C 5000 Duplex problems with solids

Hi All, was wondering if anybody has had the pleasure of dealing with the Xerox D.C. 5000 Printer with Freeflow RIP. I seem to be having problems when using havier stocks. Engineer seems to think I can't print with the same quality on both sides (When printing solid colours)....but It was sold as a high performance machine - Should it not Print with same results on both sides (This does seem to be when I am using havier stocks on the machine).
I'm a newbie here, so any help would be Great!!

what kind of paper you use?

    xerox or something else?

think that your problem is in transfer?

    ask tech to adjust transfer.

can you scan and post here some of your prints with problem.

      Hi,

Stock is Xerox Colourtech. The Tech guy said I could never get as a good a solid on the back of the print as I would do on the initial run (first side).
Personally I think this is a load of Crap, but just wanted to see if anybody esle was having the same problem. Thanks for the repy either way!

      Eamo.

DC 5000 duplex problems with solids

          hi all.
its very simple to resolve this issue. just adjust the bais roll votage on user interface. go to profile and set the bias roll. for second side.
