Fiery system ex 260 for DC242

Hello,
I acquired this from a used copier vendor and had hardly used it before it crashed. I found that the HDD is gone and must be replaced.
Please, I need your advice on what softwares (and procedures as well) do I need to have the systems back and running as before?

You'll need system software DVDs to recover this fiery server.
Procedure is as easy as you put DVD disc and start installing system. if you do not find the dvds send me a message.

What is "ex 260" - fiery number ? for your trouble your system is not login ? I have the same trouble with an dc250. before reinstall the system, try to disconnect your HDD (power and data) and replug. You can try twice. The most part of time my system reboot correctly. For backup the system I opted for a clone hdd with a box "startech" to make hdd backup.
