Hi, the dds solution lost the lisence to scan to net, how can I get it again? The machine haven't the cupom ID, it's a old machine. And I can't make copiers, too, but I can print, and I can print some tests for the scanner (7346).

you can upgarde via web pmt to v9.0 or highier then enable feature key.

connecting Xerox 8825 DDS to my laptop

Hi there,
I have a Xerox 8825 DDS plotter that my boss bought from a going out of business office about 3years ago. The machine has been sitting in the storage for past 3years and now I gotta figure out how to connect it to my laptop and if it is still capable of plotting. My problem is its data cable needs a converter (to hook up with my Lenovo G550) I dont know what it is called and where I can buy it.

i find a manual showing that i need coupon id to get out of this menace......but no coupon id...........

I still havent been able to solve my problem with connecting this plotter to may computer or even using it for the first time.
So I have no clue what you are talking about.

Did you try to ask Xerox, send SN of machine they sould have in archive your KIK.

This instraction for 8830 DDS but I think 510 works as same as.

i had already read that instruction and download the "scan to net" licence with the help of Coupon id. but im unable 2 load in the controller. i load through web pmt and also from accxes tool. but licence doesn't work after loading.
