Xerox Phaser 3300mfp horizontal lines

Hello I received Xerox Phaser 3300mfp which was in box for a long time. It printed about 100 pages only. This printer gives horizontal lines with 3 inches gap between them. The lines appear only on left and right side of paper (not in the middle). I attached a picture.

Can you advise what should I clean/check first please?

Replace the toner cartridge. This is an all in one cartridge that includes the drum, developer unit, drum cleaner, charge unit. If it was sitting around someplace very warm it probably caused cleaning blade to fuse to the drum, damaging it.

Thanks for your reply. I will open the cartridge to check drum condition. Is the drum 3 inches in circumference?

I never opened one up as they are customer replaceable units and have no parts inside you can order to replace from Xerox. 80 % of your image quality problems are caused by the cartridge though. The only other thing that could possible cause marks on the prints is the fuser. If you force stop the machine while printing before the paper reaches the fusing unit you can see if the marks are on the paper it can only be from the cartridge.

Drum defects - 75.5 mm period.
Heat roller - 88.9 mm period.
