    [Error Code] Xerox Docucolor 242 Error Code 116-349

    Hi,
    I got an error code on my docucolor 242. After everything loads and ready to print, an error code comes up 116-349. It asked me to restart copier but error code keeps coming up. I did turn off my scan feature and turned back on because it was not working earlier. Wondering if this caused the problem.

    Please let me know how to get rid of error code 116-349.

    You have a memory issue.

    You may get lucky and have a HDD issue. Try powering off, pressing 4,energy saver and stop while powering on. This will repartition the HDD.

    If not pull out the the ESS and try re-seating all the RAM cards on it.

    Likely problems are:

    NVM RAM
    Sys Memory 1
    Sys Memory 2
    Page Memory 1
    Page Memory 2

      Edoc for DC3535 points to spooler error so it recommends to try the spool initialization boot mode. It requires pressing the '6', the 'Stop' and the 'Power save' buttons simultaneously while powering the machine on.

        Thank you! THIS WORKED!
        My IP number for the machine is 192.168.2.240 When I visit this page, the documents I scan does not show under the DOC tab anymore after I enable the scan. After enabling again, it says in addition to the current selection, the revelvent port needs to be enabled when using scan service. I don't want to mess with the machine anymore since it is working now. Can you please tell me the procedure to get my network scanning to save in the folder so I can download. I forgot how to do this. It has been years.

          Thank you very much for your help! Wondering if you know how to get my network scan feature to work again. I unable it and now it is enable again but no longer scanning to folder for download.
