Xerox DC 260 Fiery erro page

Hello Guys,
After installing the back up fiery software , the fiery gets ready but prints an error page massage "Feature Activation dongle is not installed.insert the green USB Feature Activation dongle into the fiery bustled controller and power up the copier".
When i open the the web feature to check the status of the fiery it displays "Bussy Invalid PS".
what can i do next.

Please tell me how to back up the fiery EX260 software,I lost the CD's and the RIP still corrupted from weeks !
