I can't get my network to initialize. It was working before but now its saying "Network Controller not available....notify Machine Administrator."

When I enter in the admin code, the Network System selection box is grayed out. It's asking me to reset it but I can't get into the network settings to reset it.

Any help please?

go to tools and check is machine ONLINE.
if not you should try to reload ESS (network controller) software.

This machine is new to us, could you give me instructions on how to do that please?
